What kind of clothes do they sell?
At Shop ReDress we select high-quality second-hand clothing in two categories:
- Premium: Clothing from well-known brands (with retail prices between $200 and $350 USD ), chosen for their timeless design, excellent workmanship, and durable materials.
- Lux: Exclusive pieces from luxury fashion houses, international designers, and special collections, with a retail value over $350 USD .
Our catalog includes dresses—mini, midi, and maxi—as well as evening wear and jumpsuits.
What information do you include in each published garment?
Each item features:
- High quality real photos from various angles.
- Detailed description of brand, size, material and style.
- Condition of the garment: AN = Almost new; N = New.
- Exact measurements taken directly on the garment.
How do you select the clothes?
Each item goes through a rigorous selection process , where we evaluate:
- General condition of the garment.
- Original brand and value.
- Quality of materials and finishes.
- Resale potential and aesthetic validity.
We only publish garments that truly represent a high standard of quality and style.
Are the clothes used? How well cared for are they?
Yes, they're all secondhand, but in excellent condition . We categorize each item as follows:
- "Like new": no visible signs of use.
- "New": a garment never worn before,
We check seams, zippers, buttons, linings, and wash garments when necessary before shipping.
Are they authentic? How do they ensure this?
Authenticity is one of our pillars. Each garment undergoes a manual verification process that includes:
- Analysis of labels, materials and finishes.
- Review of serial numbers or codes (where applicable).
- Comparison with databases and authentication guides.
We also work with external luxury brand specialists for complex or high-value pieces.
Is Shop ReDress a consignment shop?
Not right now. At the moment, we don't accept third-party items . All the pieces we sell have been acquired directly by our team. In the future, we may launch a carefully controlled consignment program.

How do I know what size to choose?
Each product includes a sizing guide and specific measurements taken directly from the garment. If you have any questions, please contact us!
Can I reserve a garment?
We don't currently accept reservations. We recommend purchasing immediately if you see something you like—the pieces are one-of-a-kind!
How do I make a purchase in the store?
Shopping at Shop ReDress is easy:
- Browse our catalog and choose your favorite garment.
- Click "Add to Cart" or "Buy Now."
- Complete the shipping information and choose your payment method.
- Done! You'll receive a confirmation email with a summary of your purchase.
Is it safe to shop online here?
Yes. Our store is built on Shopify , one of the most secure and trusted ecommerce platforms in the world. All payments are protected with SSL encryption and anti-fraud systems.
What forms of payment do you accept?

Can I pay in installments?
Yes. If you choose Shop Pay, you can split your purchase into biweekly or monthly interest-free payments (depending on your eligibility).
📦 SHIPPING IN THE UNITED STATES
Where do they ship to?
At this time, we only ship within the United States , including:
- The 50 states (mainland, Alaska, and Hawaii)
- Puerto Rico
We don't ship internationally... yet!
What are the shipping costs and times?

How long does it take to process my order?
We process your order within 24 to 48 business hours . Shipping times then apply based on the shipping method you choose.
Can I track my order?
Of course! As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number so you can track it in real time.
What happens if my order is lost or arrives damaged?
All shipments are insured. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at support@myredress.com . We will assist you immediately.
🔄 RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Can I return a garment if it doesn't fit?
Yes. We accept returns within 7 calendar days of delivery.
We only ask that:
- The garment is unused and in the same condition as it was sent.
- Keep labels, packaging and accessories included.
How do I initiate a return?
Write to us at support@myredress.com with your order number and reason. Our team will respond within 24 hours.
Do I have to pay for the return?
Yes, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless it's our fault or the item is defective. If the return is approved, you can use your own shipping method or request a preferential return label.
When will I receive my refund? We process refunds within 5 to 10 business days after receiving and inspecting the item. The refund will be issued to the same payment method you used.
